बिहार बॉर्ड 2016 में टॉप करने वाली छात्रा रूबी राय को अपने विषय तक का नाम ठीक से नहीं पता था यहीं नहीं बल्कि पॉलिटिकल साइंस को ‘प्रोडिकल साइंस’ बताने वाली ने यह भी कहा था कि इसमें खाना बनाना सिखाया जाता है।
वैशाली जिला के कॉलेज के प्रिंसिपल बिहार बोर्ड में सालों से चल रहे रिजल्ट घोटाले का मास्टरमाइंड निकला था और उस है कॉलेज में रूबी ने परीक्षा दी थी।
रिज़ल्ट घोटाला के क्या निकले थे परिणाम ?
रूबी राय का इंटरव्यू मीडिया में छा जाने के बाद, बिहार बोर्ड ने जांच को रफा दफा करने की कोशिश की थी लेकिन मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने इसे गंभीरता से लिया और फिर पुलिस के विशेष दल (एसआइटी) ने इस घाेटाले की पर्दे फाश किए
जिसमे बोर्ड के तत्कालीन अध्यक्ष लालकेशवर प्रसाद सहित कई बड़े अधिकारी गिरफ्तार हुए साथ ही रूबी को भी गिरफ्तार किया गया और यह मुकदमा अभी तक जारी है।
बता दें कि रूबी की परीक्षा में जो कॉपियां रूबी ने लिखीं थीं, उनमें प्रश्नों के उत्तर के बदले -तुलसीदास प्रणाम’ तथा 101 फिल्मी गाने आदि लिखे थे।
रिज़ल्ट घोटाले को कैसे किया गया रिजॉल्व?
रिव्यू टेस्ट के लिए पहले 10 स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले सभी टॉपरों के साथ बैठने वाली रोबी राय फिर फेल हो गई और उसका रिजल्ट बोर्ड ने रद कर दिया।
घोटाले रिजॉल्व के वजह से पहली बार मार्च में ही परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित किया जा रहा। सरकार ने घटना के तुरंत बाद, पटना के तत्कालीन प्रमंडलीय आयुक्त आनंद किशोर को बोर्डका अध्यक्ष बना दिया। उनके नेतृत्व में बोर्ड ने परीक्षा में नकल करने वालो को दी कड़क वार्निंग। बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष आनंद किशाेर के प्रयासों का ही परिणाम है कि इस साल पहली बार मार्च में ही परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित किया जा रहा है।
